SNEAKER POLICY We hand-paint each custom item with professional, high-quality paint for leather. For some imagery, HTV (heat transfer vinyl) may be used.

All sneaker restorations and custom orders require a 50% deposit. You are charged when the order is placed. Please be advised that orders may take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks depending upon the supplier’s item availability and shipping times.

Please keep in mind, all custom or special-order items are non-refundable as they were designed specifically for you. We are not responsible or liable for issues you may encounter while wearing the apparel or sneakers. If there is a problem, issue, or defect upon the arrival of your items please take clear photo evidence, and we will be happy to review and address your concerns. However, if the items are worn there will be no refund issued. A request for a refund must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
